About Nayle

Nayle Méndez was born and raised in Cuba, where she developed strong values rooted in hard work, resilience, and dedication. In 2010, she immigrated to the United States with her mother and older sister, embracing both the challenges and opportunities of building a new life in a new country. Inspired by an idea shared with her childhood friend Diana, Nayle helped transform a shared vision into reality with the creation of DiNa Glow Cleaning Services. Today, she is proud to co-own a company focused on delivering reliable, high quality cleaning services while building genuine, lasting relationships with clients. Her journey reflects perseverance, purpose, and a belief in creating opportunities through determination and teamwork.

About Diana

Diana González Aguilar was born in Santa Clara, Cuba, where she developed a strong work ethic and commitment to education, earning degrees in Agricultural Engineering and later a Master of Science in Ecology. In 2022, she made the life changing decision to immigrate to the United States in search of freedom and new opportunities. Motivated by perseverance, faith, and her daughter Caroli, Diana continued building her future through hands on work and professional growth in healthcare before founding her own cleaning company. Today, she is proud to offer dependable, high quality service while building a stable and promising future for her family.
